現任台灣中央研究院法政研究員、基督福音教會敦信堂主任牧師；威斯康辛大學法學博士；塔夫茲大學、哈佛大學佛萊徹法律外交學院國際政治碩士；改革宗神學院碩士。
鄭牧師多年從事法律工作，能從基督教世界觀出發，以專業角度剖析法律、國際政治、社會文化等議題。此外，他在東亞有豐富的牧會及宣教經驗。他在 REM講授的課程與講座幫助許多信徒從更高的屬靈視野反思社會問題，「從聖經真理看社會問題」即是一例。華人教會當中，能夠站在聖經真理的立場，以如此專 業的眼光幫助信徒透視佔中、普選、同運、教育等議題的牧者屈指可數。
