在古文明的研究中，以色列的歷史觀一直被視為無與倫比。
究竟這獨特的歷史觀如何形成？古近東的情境提供我們那些研究的素材與方向？
這些研究又如何幫助我們認識聖經中的以色列歷史？這是本講座關心的課題。
